We want to give you a quick update on all that has been happening and that is to come in 2008. In January we were able to complete the construction of a warehouse that will be used here locally to sort and store food, clothes, and materials that we will be taking monthly to the Streams of Water Orphanage in Juarez, following completion. In February we had a powerful and impacting ministry trip with a team from More in Amarillo. We saw numerous salvations and miraculous healings! We also ministered to so many families through the hundreds of blankets that were donated from all of our wonderful supporters! Thank you so much for making that possible. Winter is a hard, cold season for the families and children in Juarez. We know that these blankets were an abundant blessing to the community! March was filled with continued construction on Streams of Water orphanage. We soon will be installing the second story floor as well as working on the plumbing and electric. We can see the completion on the horizon and we are so excited!
In April we will have a ministry trip with Trinity Fellowship of Amarillo.
And following that trip, in May we will be taking a construction team from
Trinity Fellowship down to the Streams of Water Orphanage and will be doing
frame, drywall and construction work on the building. We then hope to
quickly finish all of the remaining preparation work for our opening of the
orphanage for some time late summer! Please be in prayer that the remaining
construction will go smoothly, due to
the already growing waiting list of children that are in desperate need of this
facility!

Orphanage Nears Completion
Thank you so much for your past generosity. You have been so faithful and we
have been so grateful. As we move into the New Year and near the completion
of our Orphanage project we are always looking forward to new partnerships
and meeting new people who have a heart to do God's work. No gift is ever
too small or too big. We are often asked by people in Mexico and in other
places how it is that we do what we do. My response is very simple. In our
Ministry we are not supported by the one or two who give the large donations
but the many partners who simply give $10.00 or more a month faithfully,
though we would gladly welcome a gift in any amount You are the committed
ones who we count on every month whether your gift be small or one who can
give largely. Either way we are blessed by your faithfulness. Consider if
God would have you commit to helping us in a greater way. To those of you
whom we have never met personally and those who continue to tell others
about our work in the field, thank you so much and we look forward to
meeting you one day. Our prayer is that God will bless you abundantly for
your faithfulness to Him!
Abundant Donations
We have had an abundant outpouring of donations throughout the past year.
Seeing the way people are so eager to help the wonderful and needy people in
Mexico is a great encouragement to us! So far some of the things that have
been donated include: a sound system, school bus, play ground equipment, 4
vehicles, toys, furniture, TV's, stereos, beds, baby items, gently used
clothing, etc. All of these items are in high demand in Juarez and all
across Mexico. These donations will be finding a good home in Mexico very
soon! We just want to thank the individuals, families, and organizations
that have made the sacrifices in order to bless the ministry with these
wonderful and necessary donations! Please keep the donations coming our way
so that we will be able to abundantly bless the people of Mexico!
